About the Race

On November 12, 2022, Friends of the Library-Waikoloa Region
(FL-WR) will hold its 11th Annual 5K Walk/Run for Literacy to promote library causes and to support our various literacy projects. 

In addition, we will have our sixth silent auction at Waikoloa School Cafeteria immediately following the Walk/Run featuring a beautiful handmade quilt made for and donated to us by the Waikoloa Sew-N-Sews.

Registration begins at 6:15 am. Race begins at 7:30 am. This is a straight out and back walk/run. We will award medals to the winners in each age groups (male and female) and for those with strollers. Get all the details and register at www.runforliteracy.org.
